I know I’m biased here, but this is one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at opodo.
My wife and I bought a new home in Amsterdam and we’ve been living in it for about a month.
We’ve tried to book tickets online and even went to the opodo airport and found they only had two tickets available for the trip.
This is not the opodobee airport!
So, we tried booking online and it worked but I found myself unable to book an airline.
When we called opodo and they said they were working on it, we called the airline, and the airline told us it’s a big mistake, and that they’re trying to make the airport more accommodating.
So we called them again, and we were told that they’d be able to work with us and that there are flights coming in soon.
So, I called them, and they told me they could work with me, but they couldn’t work with opodo because it’s too crowded.
I guess they’re hoping we’ll cancel our flight, and then the airline would be able work with them and get a better seat.
I mean, it’s not a fair deal.
We booked an Uber with Opodo, and it took them five minutes to get our flight booked and it wasn’t even a single seat available for our trip.
They just want to make a profit, and opodo isn’t doing any good.
What’s wrong with opodos system?
They’re so broken.
The opodo system is a total mess.
The only way you can book a ticket is to call the opozoa.com booking portal and then use your ticket number to book the ticket online.
If you want to use your credit card, you have to pay a $5 fee to use it.
There’s no way to transfer the credit card to another airline or even buy the ticket on the oposolove website.
So it’s basically a scam.
They can’t even help you with the reservation process.
We also had to call their customer service team multiple times to ask about the tickets.
They didn’t even have a phone number.
When I called their customer support, I was told that the ticket number had been transferred to another person, so it’s impossible for them to help me with my reservation.
This was a month ago, so I was completely clueless as to how to make this ticket work.
I really don’t know what to do.
I’ve tried calling their customer services, but it was impossible to reach anyone.
They only give me a voicemail every three minutes.
So I just call Opodo on their mobile number, and when I do, they tell me that the problem has been resolved.
They told me that they can help with booking, but when I tried to call again, they told us that they had a problem with the booking process.
So now I have to call Opodos customer service number multiple times, and even that was just impossible.
They have to help with every single booking and booking fee.
It’s a complete mess.
They should be making a profit.
I also had a customer call the Opodo Customer Service line and they couldn, as they said, help me get a seat.
They said they have a seat available, and I said, oh, we should go there.
And they said that they would do the booking and then get back to me.
So that was a total scam.
I’d never even booked a ticket with Opozoa, and now I’ve just been told that I need to buy tickets.
I think it’s time for Opozo to get a new name and have more integrity.
I hope they will get better management and more people working with them, but I’m not sure.
